  • Order Acceptance: All orders placed through the Website are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders at any time for reasons such as product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or any other reason.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. We strive to display accurate pricing; however, errors may occur.
  • Payment: We accept payments through Razorpay, which supports credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, EMI, and wallets. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

5. Shipping

  • Shipping Policy: We currently ship within India only. Orders are dispatched on the next business day, with express shipping available for Delhi NCR.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery is within 7 days across India. Express shipping ensures same-day dispatch and delivery within Delhi NCR.
  • Tracking: Customers can track their shipments through the Shiprocket tracking link provided upon dispatch.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: Due to the nature of our products (lingerie segment), returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
  • Return Process: Customers must raise a support ticket from their account page within 3 days of receiving the product. We will respond within two business days.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued via website wallet, gift card, or the original payment method, as per the customer's preference.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Nimra Fashion and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use of the content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India, for the resolution of any disputes.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Website after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Website will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Website.
